You leave each session with a custom Home Exercise Program (HEP) to continue progress on your own. Exercises are practical, efficient, and designed to support your life, workouts, or sport.
4. Track Progress and Optimize
We continually reassess and adjust your plan so you improve safely and effectively. If something isn’t working, we refine the approach to help you reach your personal movement and performance goals.
5. Performance & Longevity
For athletes or active adults, we add performance coaching, throwing mechanics review, or advanced movement analysis to ensure you move safely, powerfully, and confidently for the long term.
