Step 2: 4-Week Performance & Mobility Plans

Midday (8 AM–4 PM) Prime-Time (6–8 AM & 4–7 PM) plus weekend options
1x/week (4 sessions) – $280 ($70/session) $320 ($80/session)
2x/week (8 sessions) – $544 ($68/session) $640 ($80/session)
3x/week (12 sessions) – $780 ($65/session) $960 ($80/session)

Service Locations & Scheduling

Pontotoc & Tupelo: Available throughout the week. Schedule is split between these locations depending on client demand. Most clients will be directed to the location with the best availability.

Houston: Available Mondays only. If you want 2x/week programs, your second session will be in Pontotoc or Tupelo.
