Membership Terms & Policies
Welcome to The Pannell Project! Please review our membership and service policies carefully before enrolling. By purchasing a membership or package, you agree to the following terms.
Scheduling & Appointments

Sessions are by appointment only.

Schedule via online portal, text, call, or in person.

Arrive 5–10 minutes early to maximize your session.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Online: Via your scheduling link (provided after your initial visit)

Late cancellation (under 24 hours): $30 fee
-
No-show: $50 fee

Repeat no-shows may result in limited scheduling or required prepayment.

Note: Fees are not automatically charged. Clients may be invoiced at the provider’s discretion.
Payment Policy

Cash-based practice: No direct billing to insurance.

Accepted methods: Credit/Debit cards, checks, or cash.
-
HSA/FSA cards may be used if the service qualifies as health-related; clients should confirm with their provider.

Clients may request a superbill to submit to insurance independently (private-pay only).
Evaluation Requirement

A full movement assessment is required before starting any performance, wellness, or mobility/strength program.
-
Includes: Strength & mobility assessment and a custom Home Exercise Program (HEP).

Rates:

Regular: $70
-
Gym Member (Premier Fitness only): Free evaluation credit applied toward first 4-week plan
Add-On & A La Carte Services
-
Bookable without a full assessment, but a free consultation is required to ensure fit.

No long-term commitment is necessary.
Guest Fees

Tupelo location: $10 per visit

Other locations (including 300 Fitness): $5 per visit
Policy Updates
-
The Pannell Project reserves the right to update policies at any time.

Clients will be notified of any changes.
Youth & Athlete Services
-
Clients under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign all consent forms and attend the first session.

Programs for youth athletes may include mobility and performance tools, corrective exercises, and training strategies appropriate for age and sport.
Refunds & Transfers

There are no refunds for completed services.

Unused monthly sessions may not be transferred or rolled over unless pre-approved in writing.
Privacy & Documentation

Client records are kept confidential and compliant with HIPAA regulations.

We use secure digital documentation software (e.g., PT Everywhere) to manage assessments and HEPs.
Risk & Client Responsibility
-
Participation in movement, performance, and wellness programs involves inherent physical risk.
-
Clients are expected to inform their provider of any discomfort, limitations, or medical conditions.

The Pannell Project is not responsible for injuries sustained during unsupervised activity or failure to follow the recommended program.
