What to Expect: Performance & Motion Analysis

Step 1: Pick Your Movement

Before the session, you’ll choose one key movement you'd like us to analyze. Common options include:

  • Walking or running

  • Squatting

  • Olympic lifts (cleans, snatches, jerks)

  • Power lifts (squat, deadlift, bench)

  • Functional movements (lunges, hip hinges, shoulder movement, etc.)

Don’t worry if you’re not sure what to pick — we’ll help you choose what makes the most sense based on your goals or concerns.

Step 2: Movement Recording

During your 60-minute session, we’ll:

  • Observe your movement in real time

  • Use high-quality video and motion analysis software to record your motion from different angles

  • Capture key moments (like how your knees track during a squat or how your spine aligns during a lift)

Step 3: Real-Time Coaching & Feedback

After recording:

  • We’ll replay the footage together

  • Break it down frame-by-frame

  • Point out any imbalances, compensations, or movement patterns that may be limiting performance or increasing injury risk

Step 4: Initial Corrections + Re-Test

Based on what we see, we may:

  • Cue you with adjustments to test new mechanics

  • Offer minor mobility or strength drills to improve performance

  • Re-record and compare the changes in real time

Step 5: Deep Analysis (Post-Session)

After your visit, we take your footage and run a deeper analysis using our software to:

  • Measure joint angles, movement timing, and asymmetries

  • Build a short summary of what we found and why it matters

  • Prepare actionable tips to improve your movement

You’ll receive this within 24–48 hours after your session via email.

Step 6: Optional Upgrade – HEP ($30)

If you want a personalized Home Exercise Program, we can create one for you based on the findings. It will target:

  • Mobility or strength deficits

  • Movement control

  • Drills to help you fix the root of the problem and perform at your best
